A few years ago now, and back when I was working at the lovely Plymouth based studio, Bluestone360, I and the rest rest of the team had the wonderful opportunity to use our creative powers for good and help Plymouth’s main hospital site. Back then I was a senior designer for Bluestone and my task / part in the project was to bring to life the matron and team’s vision of ‘bringing the outside in’. This idea was the main anchor to everything I did and was born out of the reality that some patients unfortunately spend weeks, months and even years on the wards.
Bringing a splash of colour, character and joy to this concept was probably one of the most rewarding commissions I have ever done… myself and the team at Bluestone360 are extremely proud of this one.
